DUBLIN - BEST AREAS TO LIVE FOR CHILDEN - NORTHSIDE - SOUTHSIDE - SAFEST

If you have to go to Dublin, I would suggest GOING INTO DUBLIN. People think they are saving money by living in Dundalk or some other town 1 hour from Dublin. I have not found that to be the case. Rush hour traffic in Dublin IS INSANE. Dundrum, Rathfarnham and Ranelagh are good places to live, and are served by Public Transport. Rental accommodation is actually going down in the cities, which hasn't happened for years.
